    NOTE: For those affected by the COVID-19 virus, this requirement has been temporarily modified. The following will apply until September 30th and may be extended:
    For tenancy less than 1 year, no more than 1 late payment
    2 years no more than 2 late payments
    3 years no more than 3 late payments
    4 years no more than 4 late payments
    5+ years no more than 5 late payments
    We ask property management companies to waive all soft costs only if the applicant is approved for rental assistance, as a courtesy to us as a nonprofit. This courtesy does not violate Fair Housing laws.

The Resident Relief Foundation

We exist to be the bridge that helps responsible residents stay in their homes during a singular, unexpected financial emergency.

Whether it’s a temporary job interruption, an auto accident, a medical emergency, a victim of a natural disaster, or something else, our desire is to provide qualified residents with housing stability during a chaotic time and help them avoid eviction, a forced move, or, worse, becoming homeless.
