Your educational information about finance, credit, loans, etc. is a very important tool that everyone should have.
Dear Resident Relief,
My name is Vercillia, and I wanted to write you a letter showing my appreciation of your services. My family and I are very appreciative of your help at such a trying time. Me and my kids had just moved to Las Vegas in April of 2021, and at the time I was working as a therapist for an agency that provides mental health services for the homeless and substance abuse clients. The agency closed for the Christmas break and was supposed to reopen after the new year, when we all were told “the agency will open in another week”, and it went on until the end of January when we were told that it was closed for good.
At that time I had to use what was in my savings, as I began looking for another job. I had to notify my landlord that I would be late on my rent and explained the reason behind it. At the same time, I got a letter stating that I had a 7-day pay or quit. By this time I was stressed out and afraid that me and my kids would be homeless. My landlord sent me some information about rental assistance. I didn’t even know such help existed. I had been a homeowner all these years.
You have really changed our lives, and I can’t imagine where my family would be without this help.
I decided to reach out to your company, to get the information needed to start the process. Although I knew it would take some time, I felt I had more to lose if I didn’t take the time to complete it. I am so grateful that I did. You have really changed our lives, and I can’t imagine where my family would be without this help.
Through this process, I have learned to look at my finances and make different choices and decisions about how I spend my money, and how to take care of my credit.
I can’t express to you enough how grateful I am for your foundation and your assistance. Through this process, I have learned to look at my finances and make different choices and decisions about how I spend my money, and how to take care of my credit. Your educational information about finance, credit, loans, etc. is a very important tool that everyone should have. I want to say Thank You so much for your help!
Sincerely,
Vercillia & family

Without something like this a lot of families that are trying but just need a little hand up would be left to fall further behind causing greater harm.
There have been very few things that made me cry in my lifetime. I don’t know what would have happened without their (Resident Relief) aid but I am beyond thankful every single day.
I’m thankful the Resident Relief program exists. It is simply miraculous that a group of people are out there that will help people who are temporarily having a really hard time.
