I have gone through a job shift in the past year and it has been challenging.
Dear Resident Relief Foundation,
As a recent recipient of your rental assistance program, words cannot begin to describe how thankful I feel, but I will try!
I have always had a backup plan and for the first time ever, I find myself without one.
The past few years have thrown us all off a bit, and that looks different for everyone. It’s been a bewildering time and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for supplying security when there was not any to be had. I have gone through a job shift in the past year and it has been challenging. I have always had a backup plan and for the first time ever, I find myself without one. I have given my all to this new job, but am still not making ends meet. While I struggle to find my footing in a new industry, I appreciate the grant money so very much to help me make my rent. Having last month’s rent covered was an absolute game-changer in my life at the moment and I honestly do not know what I would have done without the assistance.
You have helped make this feel like a happy, safe home again!
I am honored that I was able to have the opportunity to be considered by the board and even more so that you all choose to help me. It’s heartwarming to know that people care and people like you are doing good work to help others. It is felt and appreciated so very much. You have helped make this feel like a happy, safe home again!
Thank you & take care,
Corinne, Cash & Cleo

Without something like this a lot of families that are trying but just need a little hand up would be left to fall further behind causing greater harm.
There have been very few things that made me cry in my lifetime. I don’t know what would have happened without their (Resident Relief) aid but I am beyond thankful every single day.
I’m thankful the Resident Relief program exists. It is simply miraculous that a group of people are out there that will help people who are temporarily having a really hard time.
